I have always been positive ad hopeful out of life, and it was not easy to make the choice of a suitable career. As per the previous business management assignment, I decided upon undertaking the course of working in an automotive industry. The basic skills, which I managed to acquire, help me to understand the role of business management and their purpose towards the tending to my career. As discussed in the present business management assignment, I have decided upon working as a manager within the automotive industry and would be making the use of necessary skills and the knowledge of level four business management to tend to the service of the industry. Hence, this will be useful for the comprehension of the industry. This will be essential for the comprehension of the skills and opportunity that are present within the business.

Personal Analysis
I would like to mention in this business management assignment that I have devoted my career to the comprehension of the career management techniques, which are essential for the understanding of the roles and skills required in the automotive industry. I have been studying and completing business management in level 4. I am fluent in English and French and have been able to broaden my horizon based on the knowledge of business management. This personal analysis provides an understanding of the major elements that are associated with the fulfilment of the career management. The automotive industries have influenced via the emerging skills and opportunities of leadership that are exposed by the top management.

I have received a feedback from my peers and teachers on the career that I have opted to improve and enhance my professional skill and career (Erasmus et al., 2016). I have volunteered within the seminars to improve and holistically increase the chances of surviving within the tough business landscape. These seminars discussed in the business management assignment have helped me to improve my capabilities as a leader and to understand the role of the manager in the business area. The automotive industry has been subjected to changes and has played an instrumental role in tending to the growth and development of the business. I have decided to venture with my choice of leading a role as a manager within the automotive industry.

The seminars that I have attended gave me an insight on the various steps that are required for becoming a successful manager. It is important to possess the necessary skills and qualifications, which are essential for the development of a successful business manager. I have ventured holistic knowledge on management through my academic learning. Business management level is necessary for the comprehension of the leadership skills, which are required for the development of the business. I was able to understand the major concepts in management, which were associated with the development of the media. Hence, I accumulated strengths and weakness over a period to provide a better knowledge of myself.

It should be taken into account that the business managers should be attentive and understand the capabilities of the business. An automotive industry is subjected to influence the positive factors, which are essential for the development of the business (Greconm and Kraimer, 2020). However, I have been able to boost my knowledge using goals and resources, which are essential for development. As mentioned in this business management assignment, this has improved my capability of leading organisations with patience; I am also fluent in communication and can make various distinctions, within my professors. It improved and enhanced my capabilities of active listening feedback and communication in business (Gubler, M., Coombs, C. and Arnold, 2018). It will help me to improve my understanding on the management skills, which are required for the purpose of the project. Hence, it is important to understand that communication should be practiced for bringing in viability within the business organisations. I am able to take concrete steps and decisions in order to ensure the better understanding of my systems.

The strengths discussed in this business management assignment that I have in order to become a good business manager in the automotive industry are communication skills, risk-tracking skills, good behaviour, and leadership skills and so on. As per my colleagues, I should broaden my horizon on improving the business management skills, which are essential for the business. I lack in active listening and negotiation skills. I should also boost my IT skill, which is essential for comprehending business. In the overall application, I believe that in order to become a successful manager, I should focus upon the development of my major skills of serving the seminars and volunteering to be able to improve my experience and learning. This will help me to boost my sequence of learning successfully for business.
