2.3 Stakeholder Communication
Communication Method |
Push/Pull/Interactive |
Justification |
Push Communication Way- it includes letters, emails, project updates, reports etc.
|
PUSH |
Based on this project criteria, the push communication technique is selected to maintain all stakeholders based on all different project locations (Fitri, Pratami&Tripiawan,2019, June). Moreover, this push communication technique is considered as more effective and efficient considering the interactive communication way. This push communication method is chosen in case of doing non-urgent communication within all stakeholders. |
Interactive Communication Way- this technique is implemented in case the push communication gets failed. It includes direct phone calls |
2.4 Expert Judgement
In this Indigenous Cultural Awareness Training Program project started in the CQ University, two techniques are selected, which include the detailed opinion evaluations regarding cultural awareness within CQU students and the interviews and questionnaire techniques.
3. Requirement Management
In this Indigenous Cultural Awareness project, the “Acknowledge of Country” is considered asintroductory statement implemented by all associated stakeholders (Kermanshachiet al., 2019, January). However, in this project, the implemented statement used to welcome the country is generated by the traditional elder people associated owners’ group.
3.1 Requirement Gathering for Training Package
The way of implementing the training program for cultural awareness developed in Chinese local community is not the perfect way of developing program plan based on all different and unique considered cultures. In order to complete this project plan, multiple organizations are selected who mainly worked to develop training programs plan that mainly shows focus on the development of awareness regarding indigenous culture developed in CQ University. In order to develop successful collaboration with all considered organizations, a proper training project plan will be considered as better alternative rather than using of Chinese Cultural Awareness Program.
3.2 Requirement Prioritization Process
This particular process is mainly used to communicate within all associated stakeholders considering their different interests on project. However, this process causes the series of conflict within all stakeholders who helps to determine the project perfect closure (Edwards,Serra& Edwards, 2019). In order to limit the effect on project outcome, the technique of prioritisation matrix is implemented.
4. Scope
4.1 In-scope Statement
The in-scope statement considered in this international day project is to increase the engagement within the indigenous communication selected in CQ University of Australia.
4.2 Out-scope Statement
The out-scope statement of this project is to complete it within the 9th August, 2021 by selecting each different campus for celebrating the international day of Indigenous community.
