supply chain disruption assignment for burger fuel outlining supply chain problems experienced during the Covid19 pandemic lockdowns.

Question

Task: How can burger fuel use supply chain disruption assignment research techniques to identify solution for supply chain issues experienced during the Covid 19 pandemic?

Answer

1.

Introduction
This supply chain disruption assignmentexplores how restaurants can cater to customers during times of distress such as the Covid 19 pandemic. Restaurants in the food service industry attract travelling clients who want to buy a product and need it quickly. Restaurants in this industry provide services that allow customers to get their food without having to get out of their automobiles. This type of business is financially successful and is often accused of promoting obesity. Burger fuel is a restaurant and a franchise in New Zealand having Outlets throughout the country (Collart, and Canales, 2022). They sell products such as burger, beef dishes, chicken items and fries. This company tried to provide their customers with high quality products and a better experience so that the customers are satisfied. The objective of this company is to primarily provide the customer with better experience in gourmet burgers, Also incorporate natural ingredients in the food business. The restaurant company is trying to develop catering as per the local preference and trying to enhance their product value in the business market. As per the supply chain disruption assignmentresearch findings, during the year 2021 the fast food restaurant burger fuel earned a total revenue of around $21,000,000 which is a much higher value than year 2012. But on the other hand during the period Covid 19 pandemic the burger fuel company was faced with issues regarding there supply chain disruption as well as inventory crisis (Gouda, and Saranga, 2018), they adjusted with the crisis by taking limited online orders. This supply chain disruption assignmentresearch is focused on discussing the supply chain disruption and its associated impact on the fast-food outlet. The impact on the sales and productivity will also be analysed throughout the next few paragraphs.

1.1 Background
Burger Fuel first started in 1995, in Auckland, and soon afterward it became famous among the local people. The second store opened up in 1997, and it made way for new innovations in the way of business. In 1999, the third store was hoped to be opened and it finally opened in 2000 (Burgerfuel.com, 2022). The company focused on developing streamline system in the kitchen for fast production of burgers without compromising the taste, style, and quality. The company focused on the style as well, as it brings an aesthetic touch to the food. Thus, it was loved by the customers with the touch of style in the food. Soon the company went abroad and started business outside of New Zealand. It has links to business in other countries including the USA as well.
The recent COVID situation, however, has put a stop to the rising business of Burger Fuel in 2019. The company's ultimate intention is to keep the company flowing throughout this difficult time. During the COVID-19 pandemic, however, this was not possible to protect the distribution network from being interrupted. The company's total revenues had dropped dramatically in recent years(Whitehouse.gov, 2022). The main issue was not the lack of customers, but the lack of supplies. Without the proper supply from the suppliers, it was hard to maintain the quality and quantity of the food items in Burger Fuel stores. Also during this supply chain disruption assignment research, specific decorative items were missing as well, which impacted negatively the style of the burgers. Thus, it did not meet the expectations of the customers.

2. Purpose
2.1 Purpose of the supply chain disruption assignment

This supply chain disruption assignmentresearch is done in order to understand the impact of the disruption of the supply on the fast-food outlets such as Burger Fuel. The fast-food outlets face a huge issue in getting the necessary supplies to run the stores during the COVID-19 situation. The COVID-19 situation has caused a huge disruption in the supply chain of the fast-food outlets (Kovács&FalagaraSigala, 2021). Processing, farm labour, and logistics were under heavy disruption during this situation. This is necessary to include that the supply chains would have been a major cause of the virus spread unless it was disrupted. Thus, it was a necessary step to cause the disruption in the supply chain to ensure the virus does not spread further. However, it has caused a heavy negative impact on the organisation in question, along with any other fast-food outlets.

In this supply chain disruption assignment, the main purpose is to figure out every source of supply chain interruptions, and the consequences of supply chain risks on the inventory of the fast-food outlets, and the complexities faced by the company in the face of the COVID-19 situation and its impact on the business of the company. It is necessary that the organisation takes note of the specific reasons that led to the disruption of the supply chain and the issues related to supply chain disruption. The inventory issues are also a direct effect of the supply chain disruption. The impact of COVID-19 has reduced the overall consumers in the stores as well. There have been various COVID-19 protocols that were put on the people (Oecd.org, 2022). Thus, people were unable to go out and to the stores. Thus, the business at the stores was almost on the verge of stopping. However, the online sales were still ongoing. But it was proving to be difficult for the company to supply the items as per the demands of the customers. It is a direct result of a lack of supplies, and that comes from the disruption of the supply chain. Thus, it can be understood that the overall business was affected heavily by the disruption of the supply chain, and the purpose of this report is to figure out the reasons for the disruption, its effects on the company, and probable solutions to the issues to avoid such issues in the future. Certain recommendations are discussed in the report as well.

3. Scope
The scope of the research is the most important part of which helps to determine the supply chain disruption during the pandemic period, which causes a negative impact on the Burger Fuel in New Zealand. This section of their research describes the impact of the restaurant during the time of the pandemics. The restaurant and the fast-food sectors are heavily dependent on the supply chain company (Chu et al. 2020). There are also two factors which influence the perspective of the food supply. The food products and the Agri products are the most important raw ingredients for the making of food products. The scope of the supply chain disruption assignmentresearch isto show the distribution network disruption. The disruption of the supply chain company provides a negative impact on the food restaurant. The production and the inventory so get impacted, which causes the lowering the revenue of the restaurant. During the time of pandemics, the stoppage of the transportation system in the country causes a negative impact on the product recall.

The scope of this supply chain disruption assignmentresearch is vast as it significantly provides data on the supply chain disruption during the Covid-19 period along with its impact on the fast-food industries or supply chain more specifically. Disruption in supply chain process has negative impact on the inventory process and overall business operation. Therefore, the overall research finding is considered to provide information regarding multiple issues experienced by fast-food organizations in terms of supply chain disruption during Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is assumed that, it will also help in determining factors associated with the process of supply chain disruption.
Due to the restriction on people moving outside by the government, there is an increase in the demand for food from customers. The food provider faces many difficulties in successfully delivering the food items to the customers. On the other hand, this type of disruption affects the food supply chain, which the process causes a calamitous impact if the necessary steps are not taken (Shokouhyar, Seddigh&Panahifar, 2020). Due to the impact of the pandemic by covid-19 the supply chain which get a negative impact globally.
The goal of the supply chain disruption assignmentresearch is to properly align the identified reasons of supply chain disruption in Burger Fuel in New Zealand. The management of the supply-chain focus on visibility for sensing the risk earlier. This helps the supply chain company to resolve the issues for delivering the raw m materials of the food products of food to the restaurant. Agility is the ability to make a quick response to minimising the risk, which helps to minimise the negative impact on the food company. Build a backup inventory which provides a scope which takes stock of inventory and decides the level of safety stock that the company want in place should there be a delay as well as disruption in the supply chain. During the time of pandemics, the food suppliers diversify the suppliers to maintain the proper delivery of the food materials.
Increasing the demand for the food from home orders, the management of the company conducts a vulnerability audit regarding the supply chain. The management of the supply chain company creates a proper audit to analyse the weakest part of the supply chain area (Zhang et al. 2021). To maintain the fulfilment of the order from the restaurant, the manager consults with the logistics partner expert, which helps the company to deliver the raw products to the restaurant. Communicate with the customers, which helps the supply chain company to understand the needs of the customers during the time of the pandemic. As per the supply chain disruption assignmentfindings, this creates a better scope for the manager of the supply chain company to maintain the proper process of the food products by reducing the minimum wastage of the products.

4. Aim and objective
The main objective of this supply chain disruption assignmentis to investigate the supply chain disruption and the impact on fast food outlets focusing on the study of Burger fuel.
• The first research objective is to articular the supply chain disruption and its causes
• The second research objective is to investigate the impact of supply chain disruption on the production and inventory of fast-food outlets.
• The third research objective is to determine the issues experienced by the Burdger fuel company in terms of supply chain disruption during the Covid-19 period.

5. Methods
5.1 supply chain disruption assignmentResearch Methods

Research methods used on for this supply chain disruption assignment include research philosophy, research approach, and research design. There are mainly four types of research philosophy: Positivism, Pragmatism, Realism, and Interpretivism. In this research, the most suitable research philosophy is Positivism (Olivares-Aguila&ElMaraghy, 2021). Positivism philosophy helps in figuring out the factual data and aligning it with the collected information. In this supply chain disruption assignmentresearch, the factual data would be helpful in relating to the reasons for the disruption of the supply chain during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the Positivist approach is best applicable for this investigation.

There are mainly three types of research approaches that are used on this supply chain disruption assignment. They are Abductive, Inductive, and Deductive. In this research, a lot of data is collected from both primary and secondary sources. Thus, it is necessary to deduce all that collected data and keep only the useful ones for the research. As a result, a Deductive method to research would aid in distinguishing between vital and irrelevant material. As a consequence, the Deductive research technique is better suited for this specific study. The supply chain disruption assignmentResearch design helps the researchers to gather in-depth knowledge of the research topic. There are mainly four types of research designs: Descriptive, Explanatory, Experimental, and Quasi-experimental. In this research, the reasons for the disruption in the supply chain require a lot of description to understand properly. Therefore, it is necessary to take the Descriptive design of research for this study.

5.2 Data Sources and Collection
In the supply chain disruption assignmentresearch, there are mainly two types of data that are used. They are Primary and Secondary data. Primary data is usually numerical data, whereas, Secondary data is non-numerical data. In this research, it is necessary to use both Primary Data and Secondary Data. The primary data would help in understanding the main reasons from the first-hand experience of the employees of Burger Fuel (Shahedet al., 2021). In addition, it will help in understanding the impact of the disruption in the supply chain in detail. The numerical data would help the researchers to determine the impact of the disruption on a numerical scale. Therefore, it is important for this research. Surveys, questionnaires, and quizzes would be used to acquire primary data.Primary data will be collected from the administrative members of the chosen organization and to collect data a semi-structured interview is followed as it helps in collecting qualitative data.

Secondary information would also be required to fully comprehend the effect of supply chain interruption on fast-food businesses. There are a lot of similar researches by various researchers that can provide the researchers with the necessary knowledge that would help in conducting the supply chain disruption assignmentresearch. The common errors can be avoided and the resources needed for the research would be clear to the researchers with the help of secondary data (Cummins et al., 2020). The secondary data can be collected from various peer-reviewed journals and authentic websites. However, blog websites are to be avoided as most blog websites contain fake information. Google Scholar, ProQuest, and Google Search Engine can be very helpful in collecting secondary data for this particular research.

5.3 Sampling and Sample Size
In the primary data collection method, sampling is used for selecting participants that can provide the researchers with necessary information about the topic. In this research, the sampling process was conducted in a purposive way of sampling. The reason for the purposive sampling is that the managers of Burger Fuel and people directly related to the supply chain management would have a better understanding of the situation rather than any employee in the organisation. Therefore, it was a better way to gather proper and authentic information by doing a purposive sampling. The total number of samples was 4, and out of them two were directly related to supply chain management and two of them were senior managers.

5.4 Interview
More original data on the effects of supply chain disruptions on the company's financial aspects was required. As a result, an interview procedure has also been created in Burger Fuel to collect information on the entire supply chain disruption occurrence. Thus, the senior managers and supply managers of the company have been contacted and an interview has been scheduled with him in order to gather the necessary inputs needed for this supply chain disruption assignmentresearch.A semi-structured interview process will be developed for data collection or more specifically on the perception and insight about the impact of Covid-19 on business process alteration or disruption in the supply chain of the chosen company and how it impacted the overall business process. In the below mentioned section of the study all the interview responses will be discussed.

Response of Senior manager 1 to 1st question: The disruption of supply chain has significant impact on fast food outlets as we were not able to serve wide range of customers as we did before and it is mostly because of the breakdown in the process of business operation.
Response of Senior manager 2 to 1st question:We failed to manage all the processes of business operation and poor staff management.
Response of senior manager 3 to1st question: We experienced major trouble while getting online order and we failed to serve our consumers due to having disruption in the supply chain.
Response of senior manager 4 to 1st research question: We had significant trouble in the process of raw materials supply to prepare food.
Response of senior manager 1 to the 2nd question: I think there are various reasons for the supply chain disruption, and one of the main reasons is the current COVID-19 situation.
Response of senior manager 2 to the 2nd question: I think that would be this COVID-19 pandemic that we are facing at present.
Response of senior manager 3 to the 2nd question: As much as I understand, the reasons can be either manmade, cyber-security issues, or natural disasters.

Response of senior manager 4 to the 2nd question: I have seen mostly it happens as a result of cyber security issues. But as of now, the reason is the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Response of senior manager 1 to the 3rd question: Finance going down. Revenue is being lost.
Response of senior manager 2 to the 3rd question: Overall the situation is hectic. It is really making the company lose a lot of revenue in the market.
Response of senior manager 3 to the 3rd question: Supplies are essential for a fast-food company. The production of the Burger Fuel is halted at the moment.
Response of senior manager 4 to the 3rd question: Losing profit, and also losing production. The overall condition is very bad as of now.
Response of senior manager 1 to the 4th question: Complexities such as lack of production, loss of revenue, and supply issues can happen.

Response of senior manager 2 to the 4th question: Burger Fuel is losing a lot of customers in this COVID-19 situation. Also, major transportation issues might arise.
Response of senior manager 3 to the 4th question: The supply chain is getting disrupted, and transportation is also being halted. The company may not have enough supplies to run the business for long.
Response of senior manager 4 to the 4th question: Farm production is reduced as there is a shortage of labourers. Burger Fuel would definitely feel the consequences of that. Also, transportation is halted.

5.5 Information Evaluation
In the supply chain disruption assignmentresearch, both primary and secondary data have been used for a better understanding of the whole scenario and to make a total assessment of the impacts of the supply chain disruption on fast-food outlets. Thus, two types of data analysis processes are to be followed in this research. Both Primary data and secondary data would be analysed with the help of Interview and Qualitative Thematic Analysis respectively (Cohen et al., 2022).Considering the research objective, in this study, a comprehensive data analysis method for example a thematic analysis method is performed as the supply chain disruption assignmentis based on qualitative data. Quantitative analysis can help in deciphering the numerical data collected from the primary sources, while thematic analysis can help in understanding the secondary data that has been collected for the overall understanding of the research. Complete research can be conducted on the topic with the help of two types of data analysis processes simultaneously.

6. Result and Discussion

6.1 Qualitative Data Analysis
The structured interview has been really beneficial in understanding Burger Fuel's condition in this COVID-19 issue. According to the first senior management, the firm would incur significant revenue harm as a result of the supply chain issue.Similarly, the other managers including the supply chain managers think the same thing. Supply managers 1 and 2 both mentioned the cyber security issue that is prevalent in the supply chain disruption causes. However, supply manager 2 included that this time it is a natural disaster, which is the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Manager 2 says, “I have seen mostly it happens as a result of cyber security issues. But as of now, the reason is the COVID-19 pandemic situation”. According to Scheibe&Blackhurst (2018), cyber security has caused the most damage to supply chain management in the last few decades. Thus, the input by the supply managers was correct. The various complexities were discussed in the interview and the senior managers of the company were more concerned about the revenue loss of the company. However, the supply managers have pointed out the possibility that in case the disruption is not solved the business might have to be shut down. Supply manager 1 said, “The supply chain is getting disrupted, and transportation is also being halted. The company may not have enough supplies to run the business for long”. It is true that supply chain disruptions have caused several businesses to shut down in past. Thus, it is not a baseless assumptionas per findings made on this supply chain disruption assignment[Refer to Appendix 1].

6.2 Thematic Data Analysis
Theme 1: Meaning of Supply Chain Disruption and General Causes for It

Supply chain disruption is the issue in the flow of supply of raw materials to the companies from the suppliers. It also includes the supply of products to the supermarkets, thus, it also concerns the customers. Supply chain disruption can happen for various reasons. The main reasons identified on this supply chain disruption assignmentare as follows:

Cyber Security Issues:Most of the supply chain in today’s world runs on digital platforms. Thus, there is always the risk of data theft or hacking. In case data is stolen, or the system is hacked, the whole process in the supply chain can come to a halt. This can be a situation of crisis for the companies related to the supply chain. Thus, it is one of the potential risks of supply chain disruption. Man-made Disruption: The disruption can be created by some individual. It can be some type of accident or intentional disruption. Explosions or fires in the supply storage can destroy a lot of supplies, and that can cause a huge disruption in the supply chain (Ben Hassenet al., 2020). Unless there is enough product to supply it would not be possible for the suppliers to supply to the organisations. Thus, it can be a situation of supply chain disruption by the actions of a man.
Natural Disaster: Natural disasters can also cause disruption in the supply chain. The supplies are to be transported to the store in order to sell the products. However, in the case of storms, contagious diseases, and flood-like disasters it would not be possible to provide the supplies to the stores.
In this supply chain disruption assignment, the COVID-19 situation falls under the natural disaster section of the causes for the disruption of the supply chain.

Theme 2: Impact of Supply Chain Disruption on the Production and Inventory of Fast-food Outlets
The disruption of the supply chain causes the fast-food outlets to run out of key ingredients for the products they sell. Fast foods are usually sold and produced on a daily basis. Therefore, it is even more important to have the supplies daily. It is not possible for the ingredients of fast food to be stored for longer periods of time. Thus, unless the supplies are provided to the stores, the stores are more likely to shut down and go out of business. According to Kee (et al., 2021), it is often noticed that big fast-food companies are facing huge issues during the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

The supply chain is being affected as a result of the COVID-19 protocols, and this is affecting the business of the fast-food companies. Burger Fuel is also suffering from the same issue of not getting enough supplies to fulfil the demands of the customers on a daily basis. The COVID-19 situation has reduced the number of customers in the stores as well. However, the online food delivery systems are still in place, and even there Burger Fuel is not able to fulfil all the orders from the customers.

Theme 3: Complexities in the Fast-food Industry due to COVID-19 Pandemic
There have been various issues in the fast-food industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The farm production has been reduced as a result of a shortage of labours. People are stuck inside their houses and thus, lack of manpower is creating issues in the production of raw materials for the fast-food industry. Processingare also affected as a result of a lack of labour (Hassenet al., 2021). Many raw material production factories have been shut down due to the lack of labourers. In addition to that, some transportation mediums are also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic situation. All of these reasons together create a situation where the fast-food industry is suffering from a lack of raw products for the production of fast foods. Burger Fuel is facing the same complexities in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

7. Conclusion and recommendations
The proliferation of Covid-19 and the following impact it had on several sectors around the world were both influenced by it. To put it another way, there is an interruption in the fast-food chain's supply chain due to disruptions. From the supply chain disruption assignmentresult, the following ideas could be implemented in fast-food restaurants to lessen the impact of the current issues plaguing the portfolio of the company: Due to the Covid virus's propensity to persist on the surface of steel, plastic, and other materials, hygiene has become an increasingly important consideration. Employees at fast-food restaurants are obligated to implement hygiene procedures to prevent the spread of infections. In this scenario Keeping food sector workers' hygienic habits and health concerns in check is a challenge that must be tackled effectively. The necessity for social isolation is also emphasised when maintaining containment measures, as people are aware of the factors that affect their health. The use of protective gear such as gloves, masks and the maintenance of social distance, the sterilisation of the surface and work area, and the uninterrupted supply of food are all examples of safety measures that can be taken to ensure the natural flow of food supply chain at each level. level. Preventative measures are difficult to adopt near the end of the food supply chain because an increasing number of people become concerned as one move closer to the finish.

Preservatives and gelling agents are just two of the many uses for these bioorganic components in the food business. Many robot frameworks can also be used to ensure the safety of food facilities where humans cannot move microbes. Decisions on information-based, data-independent production decisions are becoming increasingly important as the fourth industrial revolution takes hold. In addition to boosting profitability by 25%, robots can do tasks such as stacking and emptying, organising, and packaging more efficiently than humans (De et al., 2018). People who operate in warehouses and other facilities must be separated from one another by a social barrier.
The use of robots can considerably lower the danger of infection with the COVID-19.
In this supply chain disruption assignmentstudy, four different questions regarding the impact of Covid-19 on supply chain management was asked to four senior managers of the chosen company and descriptive responses of the research participants were collected. It was identified that the research participants were asked with four different research questions that are based on the perspectives toward supply chain management, impact of disruption in supply chain management during Covid-19 pandemic, impact of Covid-19 on supply chain disruption. Responses of four different senior managers were somewhat identical and what they have stated were completely based on personal experiences. The responses of the participants were recorded in verbatim and then encoded to perform a qualitative analysis. The findings, suggested significant impact of Covid-19 on the supply chain management process of the chosen company. Based on the findings of the first question asked to the senior managers, it was identified that significant impact of supply chain disruption in the chosen company was largely associated with the inability to meet the requirement of customers. Next, due to having issue associated with the second question asked, it was identified that the Covid-19 pandemic was one of the major causes of supply chain disruption. The finding of the next question that was asked to the participants indicate that the alteration was mostly due to disruption in import and export of raw materials and finance. Complexities such as lack of production, loss of revenue, and supply issues were identified by the Burger fuel company.

There are several risks involved with centralising food production under COVID-19, thus a paradigm shift toward decentralisation may be done to mitigate them. Because of the decentralisation of the supply chain, natural and fresh products are still available to buyers. In addition to saving money on transportation and storage, low-impact facilities are less harmful to the environment because they are placed close to the people they serve. Make the most of the logistical resources you have available to you at all times. The concept of an "urban distribution centre" makes transportation and collection significantly more effective. The internet should be used to build a supply chain system that connects buyers and sellers more effectively. For organisations and their consumers, this service enables them to collaborate more effectively and quickly. For both private and public sector organisations, "Supply Chain Management (SCM) Data Science" is a term that can be used for resolving supply chain management (SCM) problems as well as predicting outcomes through the use of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, while keeping information quality and accessibility in mind (Foster, 2020). For the supply chain to work properly, the required data must be examined at the proper moment. Information and ability may be shared throughout the food supply chain, which will improve adaptation and mitigate negative consequences.

This course apparatus identified on this supply chain disruption assignment is known as "knowledge management" (KM), and it is aimed at determining the practises and exercises related to the information required to achieve the techniques and goals of the business or industry, producing a value for the organisation right now in order to arrive at capacities and abilities. Investing in knowledge management (KM) is vital to the development of new models for the agri-food inventory network. Sustainable food production is one of the most important things we can do in the twenty-first century if we want to live long and prosper (Pérez-Salazar et al., 2019). To fulfil the multifunctional nature of food security, KM creates the self-assured treatment of intellectual capital in the supply chain network. There are many ways in which this helps KM to satisfy the needs of food security. To put it another way, manufacturers, processors, merchants, and other types of support and administration must make their products and services readily available, of high quality, consistent, free of risk, and inexpensively priced to meet the needs of their clients. Businesses in the food service industry will have to produce creative solutions, such as extending delivery and pickup options, when there is a lack of restaurant seats. To maintain supply in the face of rolling facility closures and areas of equilibrium rebalancing, retail-channel actors will need to work together in novel ways. From the farm to the shelf, this contact is essential. Profit margins can be harmed at any stage of a frantic rebalancing. This is possible.

A more agile approach will be required instead of striving for a static state of perfection. Some organisations have launched attempts to assist in the process of adjusting to the epidemic in various ways as part of their duty to fulfil their corporate social responsibility (CSR). Social responsibility to customers can involve a wide range of aspects and considerations, including but not limited to product quality, safety and environmental friendliness; acceptable value; service quality throughout the product's life cycle; truthful and honest marketing; and more.

One of the ways supply chain business networks help firms in their mission to deliver food is by increasing profit leverage. The ability of supply chain network administrators to control and reduce expenses associated with the supply chain is well-known by businesses. Many organisations in today's market have a very narrow view of their inventory networks; they only consider cost savings when evaluating supply chains. 8. Critical Reflection Self-reflection is the most important part of any research; this helps to evaluate the self-potential of the individual. This also helps to find the personal values of an individual, which helps to develope self-personality (Zekhniniet al. 2020). This helps to understand the purpose of the research and also enhances the potential of individuals to get the core concept of any topic. Strengthening the professional practice is an important area of aspect of critical reflection, which helps to create self-motivation factors. A critical reflection is an important term of personal learning as well as the improvement that involves critical thinking about ongoing practices along with the processes with the intent of personal honesty. It requires to be embedded in regular practice and can be a searching technique that requires the ability to question the alteration in deep-seated assumptions as well as practices.

9. Critical analysis
The supply chain disruption assignmentresearch is covering the disruption of the supply chain management for supplying the raw materials to Burger Fuel in New Zealand. I have learned several concepts from the management area of the supply chain company. During the conducting of the research, I take the concept of the working procedure of the management area from several journals and articles. I have come to know how the manager of the restaurant mange to supply the food to the customers. From the part of critical analysis of the several aspects, I learned the opinion of the different scholars. This helps me to create a better concept about the area of the topics. I learned several management skills, which are used by the manager of an organisation for mitigating the risk in the organisation. Practising self-reflection, make my self-awareness capability to resolve any problems. During the time of constructing the research, I came to know how to make communication with other people from an organisation. This helps to develop my communication skills by critically analysing several person's ideologies.

10. Evaluating the relationship with the whole working experience
During the time of conducting the research, I maintain a good relationship with my teacher, friends and my family members. I experience a lot of things and come to know about the various aspect of the fast-food industry. During taking the interview of several people from the food industries, It was necessary to gather more primary information on the supply chain disruption impacts on the financial aspects of the company. Therefore, I can be able to conduct a proper interview process, which helps me to implement to collect information about the whole supply chain disruption incident in Burger Fuel.

In thesupply chain disruption assignment research, both primary along with secondary data have been used for a better understanding of the whole scenario and to make a total assessment of the impacts of the supply chain disruption on fast-food outlets, which helps me to develop my self-personality for critical evaluation of an area or topic and increase my communication skills. This research provides me with a better experience to understand the level of fieldwork to maintain the proper management area during the time of pandemics. The process of developing the organisational culture, and the ideological strategies of the owners help me to understand how to evaluate the execution of proper decisions.

11. Relevant paradigms
This helps me to understand how to identify the assumption along with the ambition towards the research. I can able to understand the nature of the research. Answering the practical questions of ethical issues and the conflicts will provide me with a clear foundation of my strength and weakness during conducting my projects. In this part of thesupply chain disruption assignment research, I can be able to distinguish between real-world thought and conceptual thought.

12. Concept or model
This has assisted to full fill the fundamental aims of the research, where I can be able to understand the system of representation of the works (Manning, 2020). I can ably promote efficient conveyance of system details between team members. This helps me to understand the proper working process among the team members, which also helps to enhance my communication skills. During the process of conducting the research, I have learned many different things during the process of conducting of the research. I learned how to manage people in harsh situations; I have also learned how to put my ideologies into important decisions. Creating proper supply chain disruption assignmentresearch requires critical analysis of different journals and the articles, helps me to understand the different ideologies aspect of scholars.

13. Personal development
Personal development was experienced by me throughout the activities, which help to increase awareness along with the identity of a particular area of topics, develop self-talents along with my searching potential, this also improve my employability in the several sectors, enhance the quality of life as well as to contribute for the realisation of dreams along with my aspirations. Enhancing better self-awareness is the most important part of personal development, which I have gained during the conducting of the research. This also increases my self-esteem to a higher level, which helps to boost my confidence to cover the critical task. On the other hand, this also helps to lower the stress level during the conducting of the interviews with the management personnel. Similarly, a sense of direction in doing a critical job is also developed, which give a positive impact on personal development.

14. Doing the project differently
If I have to conduct the project differently I can be able to evaluate the others area of the concept of supply chain management. During the conducting of the research, I have learned how to make conduct a proper method of research to execute research in different ways. Additionally, I would focus on interview more to gather more relevant information to report more accurate findings for this supply chain disruption assignment.
